A Bulk Upload Tool is available for easy import of these items from a spreadsheet format. If individual additions are needed, follow these easy steps
*You must have a role with the proper access assigned to view this area
Creating Users
Once logged in, click Setup on the left-hand toolbar and select Users.
2. Once the User list is populated, select +User in the top right corner.
3. Fill in User Details and select a Role for this person. *Note: A Role must be created before assigning to it.
*Note* If a user was removed from the company, you can choose to archive their information by selecting the “Is this User Archived?” toggle.
4. Assign the User the properties they will be associated with from the drop-down menu.
Click Add for each property they are assigned, and it will show in the box below.
*For higher management positions, Property Groups can be assigned in the same manner.
5. Click Save
