This area provides the basic details for each individual property.
Note: If you have a property with more than one property number you will need to enter it as a separate property.
Adding properties to your database:
Once logged in, click Setup on the left-hand toolbar and select Properties.
Click +Property in the right corner of the screen.
Fill in any and all requested information on the screen below
*Note - A property number MUST be assigned for the location to save.
On Call Options:
Enabling this feature allows you to forward your existing call answering service though the Response Grid software to a selected user.
How it works…
Once enabled, you will receive a local number for your property. When an after hours emergency call is received you simply allow your current service to send the call to the Response Grid assigned number.
Response Grid will then pass along the call directly to whomever you have assigned as on-call within the Response Grid software.
Note: Neither the call recipient nor the caller will notice any difference in how the call is currently handled.
When an after hours call is received the on-call recipient will also receive a Text Notification from Response Grid with a link that will allow an event to be added once the on-call person has responded to the call.
